“Main-Cert: development of a European solution for the certification of managers in the field of maintenance”
This innovation transfer project deals with the challenges of assessing and recognising formal, non-formal and informal learning achievements of skilled workers and managers who work in the field of maintenance. The award-winning competence assessment method CEMS and the online-based CEMES tool will be transferred and adapted in order to do this. Following current trends in Europe, the project is based on the recommendations of the European Commission and the European Council on the “Establishment of a European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET)”.
